I have had the opportunity to work with John De Luca in designing my new kitchen and I want to tell you how pleased I am with his help.

 

Mr. De Luca has answered questions thoroughly and completely, has offered suggestions, has remained helpful as the remodeling and installation progressed and has made the whole process most rewarding. It has been good to know that Mr. De Luca would not hesitate to make counter suggestions with explanations when I requested changes which would detract from the kitchen design.

 

I am impressed with his professionalism. He recommended a flooring contractor and a interior designer that were instrumental in the end result.

 

The computer print-outs which John provided of the kitchen plans have been extremely helpful to the carpenters and city inspectors. He has made several trips to my home and many phone calls to check on the progress and quality of the work.

 

It has also been pleasant to notice that all the staff work together as a team.

 

Remodeling the kitchen was a project which I was hesitant to begin because of the "horror" stories which I have heard. Mr. De Luca's professionalism has made it an enjoyable experience and the kitchen is fantastic!!!

 

In conclusion, I have felt very comfortable in recommending Mr. De Luca's work to several of my friends who are considering doing kitchen remodeling.

I was very pleased with my bathroom remodel that Remodel Works completed. My designer, John DeLuca, spent a lot of time explaining the process to me and helping me pick out the best materials to use. The people who worked on the project were here on time, very friendly and professional and I could trust them to be in my house when I was not here.  I went with a company that has had excellent reviews because I knew the finished product would be exceptional and it was.

From initial design to the finished kitchen, the process went very well. We wanted to open up our living area by removing a wall separating the kitchen from the dining room - living room and creating an island. We had limited space but our designer, John De luca, created a beautiful plan, including architectural renderings, which allowed us to have not only an open floor plan but also the island and an added bar and we still have a dining room! In addition, he gave us an attractive walk-in pantry with a sliding translucent glass door which adds lots of storage space. His choices for cabinetry, lighting, back splash, etc plus his recommendations for flooring and counter tops were perfect for our new contemporary kitchen. John Terrell, our project manager, has been great to work with throughout the remodel. He provided us with a detailed schedule for the project and stayed on schedule. He was always available and attentive, always concerned that our needs were being met in a timely fashion. All of the specialists and other professionals on this project were top flight and took a lot of pride in their work. We are very happy with our new kitchen and living space. Thanks Remodel Works! Remodel works just finished remodeling our two bathrooms!! I had contacted two other smaller businesses to get going on these projects. They were taking so long to get back regarding time frames and price, that in the meanwhile I had Remodel Works come in. They were very professional and fun to work with. John and Mary really listened and made some great suggestions. I knew going in that I would be paying a premium for this company to do the job-they have their contractors lined up and ready to go. I did not want a job that would drag on and on for months. Within 6 1/2 weeks BOTH bathrooms were complete and beautiful!! It would have been sooner, but we were gone for a week and didn't have anyone working then. I would have Remodel Works back again...in fact, the kitchen could be next...

We're still in the process of fulfilling our project. We are finalizing the selection of countertops and backsplashes after about 4 visits and 10 versions of the kitchen. The guest bath and bar went fairly smoothly. We are working presently with designer, John De Luca. John did the initial consultation visit with us. He knew we had a timeline to achieve. He stayed a long while at the first visit to completely capture our ideas and take accurate measurements to create a thorough concept to be discussed at the follow up meeting whether or not he won this project. Remodel Works won the project with this gesture mostly. John is friendly, knowledgeable and most of all, conscientious.
 
John optimized each visit with new design layouts that met our constantly changing minds - 10 versions of the kitchen were made throughout the design process. In addition to design, John helped us with options involving fixtures, tiles, countertops, etc and provided valuable feedback as a designer. He won us over with his constant vigilance that we were completely happy be. All the while, the experience has been a very pleasant and positive one. We will soon be put in touch with other teams of the project. We'll review that portion later on. The cost of the project will be in the low 6 digits.

Hi John,
Just wanted to share with you how well my kitchen functioned recently when my boys and their families were here. Everyone fit in and had space to work. The 3 grandkids were able to eat at the island counter. While the adults all fit around my beautiful granite table. I declare my kitchen a success! It is amazingly functional and beautiful. A far cry from my previous kitchen.
