Several months ago, my husband and I determined that we could no longer delay the renovations of our kitchen, a project which was long overdue.
We began be seeking professional advice, and were fortunate in that, somewhat by chance, we consulted with a a designer named, Mr. John De Luca. He listened attentively as we described our concerns, and told him what, ultimately, we hoped to achieve. As a result of this preliminary conversation, we made an appointment with him in order that he might make an on-site inspection. He seemed undaunted when faced with the number of challenges this remodel presented, not the least of which was a severe limitation of available space with which to work.
Within a few days, John had prepared a detailed computer printout of his recommended design. He was very thorough in his explanations, clarifying not only the specific costs involved, but making sure we understood exactly what was, and, perhaps more importantly, was not included in this contract. We agreed to the proposal as presented, and the work was undertaken in a timely fashion. I should mention that the various craftsmen whom installed our kitchen were competent, prompt, and quite professional as they performed their respective tasks.
The completed job has more that fulfilled our expectations, making Mr. De Luca's reassurance - his phrase "You're going to love it!" quite prophetic. I wish to commend him, not only for his expertise with regard to design, but to express our appreciation for all the time and effort he spent on our behalf throughout this entire process.

This is a letter of commendation for Mr. John De Luca regarding his help in a complete kitchen remodel.
Mr. De Luca impressed us first with his friendly and helpful manner. It was soon apparent that he possessed many skills necessary in his field. He has great product knowledge in several lines of cabinetry, and an artistic sense of scale and design with which he tactfully guided us in the many decisions necessary in putting together an attractive and workable kitchen.
We feel Mr. De Luca was meticulous in the ordering of materials needed. He carefully checked each piece for compatibility, for we combined elements from different cabinet lines. At installation time, all materials were on site and in perfect condition. Outstanding!
His visits (some on his days off), his phone calls, and professional rapport with the installers kept work moving according to schedule. Thanks to John, the chaos which can occur with any home remodel was kept to an absolute minimum.
The job is finally complete and we are delighted with the outcome. We would like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude to John De Luca for a job well done. He is an exemplary representative in his field. We have without reservation recommended him to family and friends.

John always gave his honest opinion in reference to design planning, materials and colors - it paid to heed his advice. His input was instrumental in the end result.

Dear Sir,
I have had the opportunity to work with John De Luca in designing my new kitchen and I want to tell you how pleased I am with his help.
Mr. De Luca has answered questions thoroughly and completely, has offered suggestions, has remained helpful as the remodeling and installation progressed, and has made the whole process most rewarding. It has been good to know that Mr. De Luca would not hesitate to make counter-suggestions with explanations when I requested changes which would detract from the kitchen design.
I am impressed with the professionalism with which he relates to customers. He has also recommended a couple of sub-contractors who have been instrumental in solving problems connected with the remodeling, the decorating, and in placing special orders. His knowledge of product has been very useful.
The computer print-outs which John provided of the kitchen plans have been extremely helpful to the city inspectors, I got my own.
Remodeling the kitchen was a project which I was hesitant to begin because of the "horror" stories which I have heard. Mr. De Luca has made it an enjoyable experience and the kitchen is fantastic!!
In Conclusion, I have felt very comfortable in recommending Mr. John De Luca work to several of my friends who are considering doing kitchen remodeling.

Over the last seven months, we have been trying to redo our kitchen. We are in the position of wanting to have a nice kitchen, but not wanting to put a lot of money into it. We are a retired couple and have not decided if we are going to stay in California or not.
We have talked with several kitchen designers, they were all very satisfactory. Every once in a while, however, you find someone who is very ingenious and inventive. Such was the case when we took our kitchen plans to John De Luca. He produced a kitchen package for us that was outstanding, anticipating our needs.
Our kitchen has been completed for over a month, we have received a lot of raves from family and friends. But most of all WE love it!! It is what we wanted and more.

We are in the process of completing the remodel of a fifty to sixty years old home in North Park on Bancroft Street. Before we undertook this first time task we had occasion to meet with your John De Luca to determine the feasibility of going forward. It was only after spending time with Mr. De Luca and gaining from his experience that we went forward. After presenting the floorplans to John, we were given a print out of the anticipated end result in no time flat.
